Advance Notice: Sessions canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time via email or text message will not incur any charges.
Same-Day Cancellations: Sessions canceled on the day of the appointment via email or text message will be charged the full session rate.
If a client does not attend a session and fails to notify us within 15 minutes after the session’s start time, it will be considered a no-show, and the full session rate will apply.
Clients are permitted one no-show without penalty; subsequent no-shows may lead to service termination.
Our clinicians collaborate with clients to determine appropriate service conclusion dates. If you wish to discontinue services, please provide a two-week notice before your intended last session.
Clinicians reserve the right to terminate services at their discretion. Reasons for termination may include:
Disrespectful Behavior. Examples include name-calling or violent tendencies.
Withholding Relevant Information. For example, not informing us of active infectious diseases or pertinent diagnoses.
Lack of Payment. Failure to settle outstanding balances.
Repeated No-Shows. More than one no-show without proper notification.
