RATES

We believe in straightforward pricing—below, you’ll find rates for assessments, therapy, and additional support. Contact us for more information. All rates are subject to change.

Speech-Language Pathology

We offer both in-person and teletherapy options. Our clinicians will recommend the best mode of therapy for you.

• Evaluations: We discuss findings and recommendations post-evaluation. If you require a written report, please request it at least 24 hours before the evaluation. Report writing is billed at the evaluation rate and typically takes 1-3 hours.

• Treatment Recommendations: Treatment plans are personalized. For example, one client might attend a 30-minute session weekly, while another might benefit from three 1-hour sessions per week. We’ll collaborate with you to determine the best plan.

Prompt Pay

If we’re out-of-network with your insurance provider, you can choose our prompt pay option for reduced rates:

• Evaluation: $250

• Treatment: $75 per session

You may submit receipts to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. However, it’s your responsibility to communicate with your insurer, as we cannot do so on your behalf. Walky Talky, LLC is not responsible for reimbursement decisions made by insurance companies.

Accepted Insurances

• Buckeye

• United Healthcare

We’re working to accept Anthem, Aetna, and Molina but don’t have a timeline yet. If you’d like us to become credentialed with other insurance companies or wish to be notified when we accept your insurance, please contact us. We appreciate your patience.

Payment Information

Payment is due at the time of service and should be made directly to Walky Talky, LLC. 

We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards (subject to applicable fees). 

If a payment is declined (e.g., a bounced check), you’re responsible for completing the payment and covering any additional fees. 

Further sessions won’t be scheduled until all payments are received.

Caregiver Coaching

• Rate: $75 for a 30-minute session (for 1-2 caregivers)

Tutoring

• Starting Rate: $30 for a 30-minute individual session

English as a Second Language (ESL) Classes

• Group Classes for Adults: Starting at $30 for a 30-minute session

• Group Classes for Children: Starting at $30 for a 30-minute session

• Individual Classes: $75 for a 30-minute session
